"Tri-Cities Pools and Spas has been in business for over 20 years and is a family owned and operated business. Our father started this business as a way to make extra money. Shortly after, the business that he worked for closed down. This opened the door for him to pursue the pool industry full time. When we started the first pool, our goal was to be helpful, personal, caring, knowledgeable, and dependable. Twenty years later, that is still our goal. We treat each customer as if they were our only customer, answering all their questions and assisting them in every way we can."
Tri-Cities Pools and Spas performs in-ground and above ground pool installation, spa installation, pool remodeling, and is contracted as a custom pool builder. We also carry pool liners, pool care products, covers for winter and summer, as well as everything from goggles to the latest light fixtures and pool heaters. We are happy to work on your pool or spa, even if you did not buy it from us. If you feel that it’s time for a new spa, Tri-Cities Pools and Spas is the place to go. We are totally Hayward but we also provide products from Pentair, Goldline, Frog, and Sta Rite as well as others.

I am very excited to anounce that we won a national award through Tara Liners for a pool makeover we did in 2011. I am proud of our staff for their hard work. We work on all our pools the same way we did this one. We posted pictures of the finished product in our Inground Pool section. It is the vanishing edge pool with a vinyl liner. We also had a small article written about it in a National Spa and Pool Magazine. I can email before and after pictures.
We also won an award for the best Swimming Pool Buisness in Johnson City, TN by the US Commerce Association (USCA).. We want to thank all of our customers for their support to help us achieve this award. It means a lot to our buisness.
